Role : LeadSquared is looking for a result-oriented Partner Manager to fuel the growth for our indirect revenue channel. The partner ecosystem is going to be one of the key pillars of growth over the next 3 years and offers significant growth opportunity as well. We are looking for someone who meets or surpasses the following : - Should have understanding of driving business through solution partners and not just distributors or resellers - Ability and skill to manage and influence partner business without direct authority over partner business - Should understand pipeline management, territory management, good track record of quota achievement - Ability to visualise large deals and build a healthy upgrade, cross-sell / up-sell engine Requirements : - Between 2 - 4 years of sales experience in total Reasonably deep exposure to at least 2 out of any of the following industries :&nbsp; - Education and ed tech - Financial services, insurance and fintech - Healthcare and health tech - Online marketplaces - Real estate and RE tech - Travel &amp; travel tech - Strong ability to understand customers/ partner business and figure out how to position LeadSquared for greater success - Undergraduate degree in any engineering / IT tech stream preferred, not essential - Other basics such as English competency, MS office tools, professional demeanour, ethical behaviour etc - Comfortable with 35% travel - Comfortable working across partner / customer types and executive roles - from execution staff to CXO designations
