We are looking for stellar Customer Success Manager for our team in Bangalore. The candidate we are looking should be empathetic, solutions oriented, relationship builder and proactive. This is not customer support role but will be best suited for some one who has done product management or solution selling.
Typical roles and responsibilities will include :
- Interact with all new customers and ensure high customer satisfaction is achieved through on-boarding.
- Should be solution giver for all the problems faced by customers through team
- Execute training sessions & ensure every customer shows high product usage within the the first month of purchase.
- Train, solve practice management problems for customers & thus generate interest on advanced tools & products.
- Meet all the SLAs including delivering training's within a stipulated time and achieving efficiency targets planned for the team .
- Manage customer pipelines efficiently and build excellent relationships with the customers.
- Participate in daily & weekly meetings to update the progress & discuss issues, if any.

- Tech savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills
- Unquenchable thirst to learn and grow
- Loves to teach, is persuasive and has excellent presentation skills
- Should be honest, trustworthy and assertive
- Excellent time-management skills
- Decision maker, problem solver, creative thinking skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office
