Leadership & Strategic Hiring Consultant - IT/BPO Firm

Role

Role is a strategic role and will be involved in strategic and leadership hiring working closely with the MD. The role will also be involved in leadership development initiatives.

1. Define the leadership and strategic role requirements

2. Engage with prospective candidates pitching the role and company

3. Preliminary assessment of candidates vis a vis role requirements

4. Engage with candidate through the whole lifecycle till joining

5. Be involved in leadership capabilities development program design and implementation

- Should be MBA from top institute or a BTech degree

- Should have excellent communication skills

- Should have very dynamic personality with ability to work with senior leadership team of the company

- Should be willing to learn new things as the role will involve expansion of role and responsibilities in short period of 6 months to a year
