Job Description:

1. Talent Management - Responsible for overall radiology human resource objectives

2) Operations - Responsible for overall performance of Radiology team

3) Productivity Management- Responsible for overall productivity of radiology function

4) Quality Standards & Customer Orientation - Responsible for reporting accuracy and overall customer orienteers of the Radiology department

5) Legal & Conformity Accountable Care Principles - Take the complete responsibility for reporting quality and its conformance with law

6) Patient Safety, Privacy & Staff Safety- Be the guiding light for the organization to ensure safe environment for patients and staff members

7) Business Orientation - Meet the radiology financial standards & targets

8) Learning & Development - Be the knowledge repository of the organization in Radiology domain

9) Brand Evangelist - Be the face of the organization among the medical fraternity and meet prescribing physicians on a regular basis to build fraternity linkages and communicate high quality organizational delivery standards

10) People Leader - Be the leader for the entire radiology organization comprising of technicians, ancillary staff, In-house Radiologists, Consultant Radiologists and cross functional teams as a knowledge expert, motivator and patient experience custodian.
