Leadership Role - Wedding Content Head - eCommerce Startup

We are hiring for Wedding Content Head for one of the leading Ecommerce Startups for Gurgaon Location.

Job Description:

- The role involves setting up the entire content (standards of a great profile) for all wedding and event related categories.

- Defining standards of what all should a professionals profile contain and how to represent it in a beautiful manner.

- The role entails overseeing all content initiatives and leading the development of content initiatives in all forms, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats.

- The position requires collaboration with our partners, customers, and others to define the partner content featured on the app.

- The role offers the opportunity to set-up a team of content writers and graphics designers and managing them to ensure consistent quality.

Job Responsibilities

- Developing an entire framework to ensure countries highest quality weddings related content

- Ensuring and enabling our professionals to represent themselves and their work in an extremely attractive manner to allow customers to hire them directly through the app

- Developing and continuously evolving a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives

- Ensuring all content is brand consistent and optimized for search and user experience for all channels

- Working with owners of particular content to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related communications field.

- 2-3 years of experience in multichannel content creation (Especially preferred experience in Weddings or Fashion Industry)

- Excellent editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English language.

- Content production, editing and publishing experience with training in how to tell a story using words, images, or audio

- Experience of objectively evaluating wedding pictures on quality and appeal
