Purpose of Job: To undertake the treasury activities as well as related guidelines, controls and reporting requirement for such activities. Key Stakeholders: Investee Companies - Security Trustees - Banks - Credit Rating Agencies - Investment Team - Accounts, Finance, Compliance, Legal Role directly reports to: Head Treasury Essential Experience: - 10+ years of experience in the Financial markets - Sound understanding of various financial products/instruments - Excellent Presentation skills - Strong understanding of financial numbers - Excellent negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills - Excellent team management skills Key Roles/Responsibilities: - Sound understanding of multiple financial instruments like NCDs, Term loans, ECBs, sub-ordinated debt, and commercial papers - Responsible for treasury operations including supervising the Mid-office / Back office team responsible for Loan Documentation / Loan servicing, covenant monitoring, interest servicing - Interaction with investor - preparation of investors presentations, information submission, negotiation of credit terms, query resolutions, negotiation of loan documentation - Asset Liability Management - Preparation of ALCO Committee presentation, ALM reports - Credit Rating - Interacting with rating agencies for periodical review of rating - Cash flow forecasting, standardization in forecasting and reporting processes. Preparation of projected cash flow, borrowings, interest cost and cost of borrowing. - MIS - Preparation of various monthly MIS related to treasury operations - Execution & Delivery - Result oriented ensures operational excellence in areas of responsibility and delivers best results. Takes active ownership of problems and provide timely and result focused solutions. Remains outcome-driven. - Accountability Responsible for the tasks assigned under the ambit of the key responsibilities of the role and additionally for any dependencies with cross functional teams. - Team Work & Collaboration Fosters a culture of trust, collaboration and support.
