Leadership Opportunity for Transition

- We have an urgent opportunity with one of the largest BPO/ KPO

Location : Delhi/ Pune

- Looking for the candidates having exposure into end to end transitions.

Transition Management :

- Deliver all Transition Projects and Programmes in line with recognised best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting), where the successful implementation of service resource skills and processes are just as critical to project success as technology.

- Act as the central liaison for all transition activities.

- Operationalize relevant contract SLAs and obligation.

- Manage day to day Transition project communication with all stake holders (internal and external) and produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency.

Knowledge and experience :

- Should have minimum 10 Years of experience post completion of MBA (Full Time Education) with at least 15 years of experience in BPO.

- Should have at least 10 years of experience in BPO Transition management.

- Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management.
