Leadership Role - Big 4 Consulting Firm

Looking to hire a seasoned professional with more than 17 years of experience for a Big 4 Consulting firm for their transactions offshoring business based out of Delhi.

Responsibilities :

- Improvement of global margins through service delivery and focus on drivers of financial performance

- Exceptional Client Services, both for internal teams onsite as well as for end-client

- Manage and grow multiple regions with high quality service experience across all engagements and interactions, by being connected, responsive and insightful with each other and with clients

Competencies / skills :

- Excellent understanding of Transactions life cycle, Financial statements, valuations

- Knowledge of acquisition and divestiture deals, M&A activities and products

- Expert level knowledge of corporate finance principles & good understanding of corporate transactions and funding mechanisms

- Expert level knowledge and hands on experience with MS Excel

Education & Experience :

- Qualified CA/MBA

- More than 17 years of work experience post qualification experience with 8 - 10 years in a leadership role

- Preferred work experience in Management Consultancy firms or MNC or KPO or large Indian companies
