Inviting applications for this role of Testing Service Leader (PVAI) : - As a Head of Testing Services (PVAI), you will be responsible for building and leading the Testing Services group within PVAI. The position aims to build a best in class testing capability that provides rigorous and efficient testing services to all controlled delivery with the PVAI organization, ensuring that PVAI is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets client requirements. Reporting to the PVAI Engineering Lead, the Testing Services Lead should efficiently lead a motivated team of testers and coordinate the activities to meet the product goals and quality standards Responsibilities : As a Testing Service Leader, your responsibilities include : 1. Create a center of excellence for testing, through identification, planning and implementation of best practices, tools and processes. Monitor regulations and industry best practice, and ensure that tools and processes evolve and remain best in class. 2. Work with Project Managers to ensure testing activities across PVAI Core Product and Client Implementation projects are correctly planned, and define/review the scope of testing within the context of each project. 3. Proactively estimate and plan testing resources across projects and work with management to acquire the same. 4. Create and maintain an integrated activity and resource plan for the testing services team across all projects. Proactively raise and drive to solve issues related to resource contention and activity conflicts with the team. 5. Plan all verification activities / deliverables for PVAI applications, including Verification plan, Traceability, Test scripts and Verification report. Ensure that test scripts and conditions give the proper test coverage against appropriate number of manageable test cases, and the scripts/scenarios are optimally structured and managed. 6. Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites. 7. Responsible for Computer Systems Validation of PVAI and ensure compliance to 21 CFR Part 11 8. Responsible for tracking the defects, test results and other quality control data for analysis and follow up actions 9. Recognize when test automation is appropriate and, if it is, plan the effort, select the tools, and ensure training of the team. 10. Work with the Compliance function to advise on the performance of the quality management system and identify improvements where appropriate Preferred qualifications : - Experience in Computer System Validation in Pharma GxP environment - Expert in software testing -Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance, Stress, User Acceptance and Release Management). - Exposure to end to end testing and production validation across platforms in a fast-paced environment Experience in cost Model creation and management
