Leadership Role - Technology & Product Development

Responsibilities:

- Provide solutions to complex business problems of global clients by applying NLP, AI and Machine Learning techniques.

- Build AI Roadmaps and develop cognitive capabilities in multiple product and solution offerings.

- Build NLP, AI and Machine Learning algorithms. Integrate these algorithms into multiple product and solution offerings.

- Systemic study of the latest research and industry developments in Artificial Intelligence. Leverage these developments to solve real-world business problems.

- Working with key stakeholders of the company to develop and execute a strategy for product development.

- Manage UI/UX and usability of the product suite

- Play an integral role in helping develop products based on customer / market requirements

- Manage and mentor the delivery team, promoting product ownership within the team and fostering succession planning.
