Leadership Role - Techno-Commercial - Zinc Flake

Responsibilities:

- Profound knowledge of Coating processes, materials, and applications. (preferably Zinc Flake Coatings)

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth-focused business strategy.

- Identify opportunities for diversification and market expansion.

- Lead sales and marketing efforts, including market research, pricing, and positioning.

- Cultivate key client relationships and partnerships.

- Build and manage a high-performing team (technical and sales).

- Mentor and guide team members for their development.

- Prepare and manage the division's annual sales plan and work towards delivering the plan.

- Give market feedback for continuous improvement for product quality and efficiency.

- Address customer concerns and build strong, long-term relationships.
