MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

- Business Acumen- Has a clear understanding of the critical business needs and priorities of the affiliate/region/division in order to anticipate and act on trends / opportunities to deliver better services and solutions to meet the critical business needs and priorities of the affiliate/region/division.

- Talent and Organization Strategy - Develops affiliate/region/division talent and organization strategy to support the execution of business strategy and unique business needs of the Corp/Division/Area/Affiliate resulting into significant business impact. Design, develop and execute highly complex or specialized projects. Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions to meet business needs and drive business results.

- Talent and Organization Consulting - Has knowledge, expertise (OE, change, culture, etc.) and benchmarks/insights to anticipate trends, design and deliver innovative TOC impactful services and solutions to meet and exceed the critical business needs and priorities of the key affiliate/region/division. Demonstrates ability to contract, diagnose, design, implement (& pivot) and measure business impact of TOC solutions.

- Talent and Leadership Pipeline - Has a demonstrated ability to lead the design and execute talent and leadership development processes for key talents (In-Stride, FLDP), solutions and actions that successfully stabilize the organization, ensure high performance and build the talent pipeline.

- Partnership and Stakeholder Management - Is capable of becoming a trusted partner that successfully influences all key-necessary stakeholders (local BAC, Business Leaders, BHRs) to support the achievement of the critical business needs and priorities of the affiliate/region. Builds and sustains productive working relationships with peers in a matrix environment.

- Works as an internal advisor to Business Leaders and Business HR (BHR) Leads in area of Talent and Organization Development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with Business & Business HRs to design and implement talent and organization solutions and will be a member of APAC talent & organization consultants. This may include leadership development programs, organization/ team effectiveness, focus groups and capability development.

- Organization Development:

1. Works with business leaders and affiliate/division Business HR (BHR) leaders to assess, diagnose, plan and implement strategic talent and organization solutions to support business strategy.

2. Analyzes business needs; identifies gaps between ideal and actual performance required to meet organizational business needs and determine performance deficiencies; aligns solutions with business goals.

3. Proactively works with Talent Development partners to design and implement talent and organization initiatives and plans. This may include organization/team effectiveness, leadership development, culture development and change management.

4. Measures and reports the impact of talent & organization consulting interventions using evaluation, metrics, focus groups and performance results.

5. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and effectiveness through the development of strong relationships with key players.

- Talent Development:

1. Executes country talent strategy and talent practice according to business/organization needs, provides consulting support to BHR and/or key customers and stakeholders.

2. Provides consulting support to Business Leaders and BHR Leaders and/or key customers and stakeholders on design and executing key talent program. Responsible for executing In-Stride and FLDP.

3. Participate in talent management-related activities such as Cross-Division TMR preparation and facilitation, talent pipeline readiness and talent development.

4. Responsible for employee career development and for planning, designing and delivering training programs that make the best use of employee's current and future abilities.

5. Be able to facilitate workshops/ meetings and other format of interventions as a part of TOC solution.

- Learning & Development:

1. Be responsible for complex analysis of the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.

2. Design, source, and deliver training programs, or recommend externally-provided programs, which meet the needs of individuals and are consistent with the organization's overall training plan.

3. Counsel employees about the organization's training programs and policies and arrange for them to participate in internal and external training so the organization's training resources are allocated effectively.

- Coaching & Development:

Partner in team's success and performance to better demonstrate competency and maturity as well as to develop credibility needed to be a team leader/player.

Experience Details:

- 7-8 years of Talent and Organization Development experience in a variety of disciplines including organization development, consulting, org design, training, talent & leadership development, talent management, performance management and change management. Other HR related experiences across other HR practice areas would be an added advantage.

- Experienced in working in internal consulting roles/capacity or external consulting roles in large professional consulting services firms in Talent & Organization Development.

- Experience in partnering with different BHR teams and HR Practice Centers in a matrixed affiliate/regional/global HR operating model (effectively interacting with different colleagues from different countries across APAC)
