Leadership Role - Talent Acquisition - IT/Healthcare

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning - planning and forecasting to develop hiring strategy to meet business needs across the vertical (Sourcing - attract, engage, and identify talent leveraging multiple channels including networking)

- Strong Stakeholder management- Engage with key stakeholders of all business to understand the TA needs and address issues as and when required. Cultivating trust and credibility with senior level leaders to help design and drive business strategies

- Team Player or Individual Contributor - Performance, time and attendance, work assignments, SLAs to be adhered to

- Market Analysis - awareness of market trends and impacts, translates understanding into actionable items

- Candidate and Client Experience - relationship Management, creates an optimal hiring experience for candidates and stake holders as well

- Assess Talent - match talent to business needs and Workforce Planning - develop talent strategy

- Complexity of work - execute recruiting strategy on increasingly complex roles

- Reporting and Metrics - data analysis, ability to measure and communicate findings.

- SLA (Service Level Agreement) and OKR (Objectives and Key Result) achievement

- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process, develop timely solutions & Overall to ensure

- Quality, hiring cost as per SLA.

- Identify gaps in current processes and ensure implementation of robust processes for operational Excellence and 100% Audit compliance.
