Leadership Role-Software Engineering and Site Lead (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Provide Technical Leadership to the Pune technology team and oversee operations of the Pune Centre

- Oversee the planning, building and scaling up of operations of the technology center in Pune

- Develop, establish and drive implementation of operating model in the Pune Center to support service delivery and operations driving innovation

- Exploring emerging technologies, delivering pilots and POCs that leverage these technologies to solve existing business problems, identify new business opportunities

- Identifying scope for planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity and report on metrics

- Create high value technology teams that will deliver products and solutions that will drive increased or new revenue for the firm and create a culture of innovation

- Oversee financial performance of the Pune technology center and manage organization's resources within the business case guidelines and according to current regulations

- Ensure all regulatory, statutory and Info Security compliances are met in line with governmental regulations, corporate laws governing business operations, the Company's policies and labor laws

Requirements:

- Academic Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tier 1 Institutes in India : (IIT / NIT)

- 19-22 years of overall experience including 8+ years in building and managing world class software engineering teams with 100+ employees in a multifunctional role

- Experience in leading high value innovation, applied technology research teams and end-to-end technology solution delivery

- Expertise in managing global and cross-functional teams with a strong background in engineering and technology, strategic planning and software development

- Demonstrated Product Management capabilities including Business value articulation

- Must have handled similar leadership roles for at least 3+ years with responsibility and control over the complete business function and operations management

- Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering against targets in excess of company expectations

- Strong prior technical experience in areas like Cloud Transformation, Java Full Stack Development, DWBI, DevOps would be an advantage
