Leadership Opportunity_Software Development - Product Owner Desired Qualifications : - Minimum 12 years of experience in product-based companies - Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager or product owner - Proficient in Agile Management and JIRA - Experience in team and talent management - Experience in managing machine learning and analytics products Job Description : - Mentor a team of product owners responsible for analytics products and platform - Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project in a function aligned to - inbound- Product Management - Weekly/Daily communication with product manager on gathering ideas, feature alignment, customer statuses alignment, different strategies, pricing, and design reviews - Conduct market research according to the product vision and company objectives. - Ensures the User Stories are coherent, contain the full acceptance criteria and are ready for development - Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy - Responsible for all release features; gathers, manages (add, delete, modify) and prioritize the product backlog - Work closely with the Release Manager and Scrum Master to track progress during the release sprints - Collaborate with UI/UX team, product scrum team and product leaders to establish timeline, workflows and goals - Approve all product related documentation and work with technical writer on all documentation related to releases (articles, release notes, patches, performance comparisons)
