Experience into Text Mining is mandatory

- Should have hands on experience into Social Media Analytics, Digital Analytics, Web Analytics etc.

- Understanding effectiveness of social media on brand, campaigns, events, etc. Tapping into social listening to bolster marketing / content / product strategies. Mining feedback (qualitative and quantitative) to improve experience and inform business on enhancements

- Understanding Social media analytics - how are audience engaging; if we post a link, we do track as well to understand what they do - we analyses performance/ reach - highly quantitative

- Experience in Social listening - mine fb twitter public content - what people talk about ( text mining) - highly qualitative

- Good experience in Text Analytics, Text mining, Sentiment Analysis - folks who visit the website and analysing the comments

- Good experience in R or Python
