- Handling the entire spectrum of activities pertaining to formulation of polices & processes, designing of career path, recruitment, designing & implementing effective HR interventions, designing compensation & benefit programs, industrial relations, employee welfare, training & development

- Creating / defining global leadership competencies for the global organisation

- Working upon an development action plan for the team

- Establishing the policies and processes to insulate the company, motivate the existing talent, engage them to the optimum and run hand - in-hand with business

- Responsible for HRMS Process

- Vendor Management

- Reward and Recognition programs
