Leadership Role - Security Services - Service Delivery - IT

Position: Leadership role-Security Services (Service Delivery) (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Overall responsible for running security services from the Firm's offices in India

- Managing service delivery team including application security testing, PCI consulting, vendor risk management, 24x7 security monitoring services, Digital Forensics

- Strong partnership with Global management

- Should have exposure to global best practices in the Security Services Area

- Preferably should have experience in implementing security services in a shared services environment for global corporations

- Leading root cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive measures and following to closure

Requirements:

- Engg (+ MBA preferred) with relevant certifications in Security Areas

- An accomplished leader who has 13-15 yrs of overall experience and has been in a leadership role at Director / Service delivery head level for 3+ years

- Should have managed teams of 50+ members

- Should have strong experience in Leading and Managing multiple security services

- Strong exposure in Application Security Testing (Penetration Testing), PCI-DSS standards, Risk management, and Security monitoring services

- Should have worked in large IT organizations and have experience in managing multiple service delivery teams executing Remote IT security services & functions

- Should have strong experience in leading transitions/ process improvements etc.

- Should have strong security domain exposure

- Experience in building and managing multiple cross location teams
