Leadership Role - Salesforce/Salesforce Development/Java/Deployment - IT

Responsibilities

- Assist business stakeholders in the design, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce Applications.

- Demonstrate understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform.

- Demonstrate understanding of Lightning Aura Framework, Apex

- Demonstrate experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Understand client's business pain points and offer solution to address leveraging salesforce.com platform/ offerings.

- Provide experience in designing workflow rules/process builder to enforce business processes.

- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.

- Knowledge on Salesforce Development/Customizations, Lightning Components (APEX, AURA, Visual Force, Batch)

- Proven SFDC platform development experience and Lightning Aura Framework experience

- Prior experience in implementing full cycle projects.

- Salesforce Development/Customizations, Lightning Components (APEX, AURA, Visual Force, Batch)

- 40 Member team - review the code / mentor the team

- Hands on exp is MUST

- Strong team building skills

- Internal stakeholder mgmt..

- Product background preferred.

- Exp supporting multiple deployments.

- SFDC Development exp - 6-7 years

- JAVA Background/ exp preferred.

- Salesforce - strong exp

- Location - NCR (Gurgaon & Noida)

- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and features, capabilities, best use and how to deploy, including knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

- Experience defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications in a technical role.

- Experience or Deep technical knowledge in Salesforce Administration.

Preferred qualifications:

- Good understanding of the Salesforce development life cycle

- Experience with HTML/CSS/Java script

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

- Familiarity with SCRUM or other agile methodologies.
