- An opportunity to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver key interventions in the functional, technical & sales areas related to the business.
- Lead the process of formalizing and reviewing budgets for learning interventions planned for the business groups
- Take charge of designing and implementing an annual learning calendar (Functional, Technical & Sales) on key interventions across job families in the organization - Sales, Credit, Collections & other support functions
- Bring in your creativity in terms of institutionalizing a blended learning approach in disseminating functional knowledge
- Hands on experience to develop functional and sales content for the business groups.

- Quality of programs/ interventions delivered by Self
- Quality and alignment of training intervention to business context/ needs
- Formalization and execution of Policies and processes related to Capability Development (Learning Plan, Road Map formalization etc)
- Training satisfaction/ feedback scores from participants and other business stakeholder feedback
- Justified utilization of relevant budgets
- Capability to assess the impact of interventions planned for job roles/ families/ businesses
- Extend to which technology is leveraged for knowledge dissemination
