We have an urgent requirement of AGM / DGM-Sales role with one of the well known steel manufacturing company. Desired Candidate: 1. Must have 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Flat Sheet product (Steel). 2. Must have exposure of working in large flat steel manufacturing company. Responsibility : 1. Responsible for Business Development ,tender sales, project sales & retail sales in the assign geography. 2. Responsible for Sales Forecasting on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis, Data Analysis, Organization-wise Business planning & budgeting, Business plan & Sales strategy for assign region. 3. Investigating business issues, identifying solutions & options to improve them, managing client/business relationships & translating customer needs into presentable solutions. 4. Capable of coordinating the entire process from sampling (trials) to regular production. 5. Handling and solving day to day issues related to shipments & material. 6. To attend & generate new RFQs (enquires), review costing & send quotation. Follow-up for the submitted quotation, negotiation for orders. 7. To plan and execute, customer orders as per agreed delivery schedule by following up and co ordination with operations. 8. Development of new customers and achieving the sales target
