Responsibilities:
- Identify locations with potential to expand with focus on the revenue forecast for the financial year and an execution strategy for the same.
- Build the proprietary sales force across multiple cities and develop the market for acceptability of online education products
- Strategic market insights, competitive analysis and penetration plans
- Define and direct programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with multiple stakeholders internally for lead tracking and management.
- Work with the senior leadership and the other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances and partnerships, and close/grow major markets as per the plan.
- Oversee sales revenue growth in multiple markets and factors affecting the same like sales training, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support
Desired attributes:
- Proven track record of building and scaling up businesses with the current role at a national level
- Minimum of 12 years of pure sales experience with the immediate previous role in a leadership role in the B2C space
- Passion to build businesses and create a steady flow revenue stream for a growing organization
- MBA from a premium institute with specialization in sales and marketing is preferred but not a pre-requisite
