Leadership Role with Leading NBFC for Sales Automation
- Engaging with the Sales Channel leadership to identify opportunities and get their buy in
- Leading and Directing the Sales Automation projects
- Monitor and drive adoption rates in partnership with the sales channel.
- Articulate the need to the development with clarity and create a Project management charter for the same with timelines
- Oversee the projects initiated and implemented in above mentioned areas with respect to deliverable, cost & people aspects, timelines etc.
- Carry out regular benefit analysis & align projects accordingly with respect to various end objectives.
- Liaison with Channel & functional leadership & external consultants from time to time on various aspects of the project to keep them abreast on the latest developments & seek cooperation on areas required.
