Job Description : - Overall 15-18 years of experience with 8+ years of core risk or audit-related experience including expertise in facilities and contract management, finance, and other support services - Provide thought leadership, cross-group partnership, and the technical and implementation support necessary to ensure that practices are in place to understand, evaluate, measure, monitor, and mitigate risks as well as identify emerging risks requiring attention in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment - Background in consulting, business analysis and risk management strongly desired - Experience in program and project management - Appropriate professional certification / experience desirable (e.g. Certified Internal Auditor, ISO27001 LA, SOX, Soc1, Transfer Agency programs etc.,) - Manage sensitive information and exercise discretion; proven issue resolution skills - Collaborative with ability to manage relationships across multiple functional areas - Extensive knowledge and understanding of Internal controls / assurance review tools and practices in finance, facilities management and human resources
