Leadership Role - Retail Operations

- Individuals in this role ensure end to end ownership of Operations in the Retail Domain

- Leading the Retail and Distribution Operations for People and Channel vertical

- To play a significant role in long-term planning by working with the Multiple Geography teams to align with overall Business strategy.

- To continuously improve the operational systems

- To manage and implement change affecting Store Operations

- To manage budgets, resource planning and hiring for the team

- Responsible for all KPI and SLA targets

- Responsible for managing, motivating and developing colleagues to provide excellent customer service

- Work closely with Internal and External teams and other business stakeholders for all customer facing initiatives
