Leadership Role - Products - B2B Marketplace

Having an opening for Leadership Role products in a e-B2B marketplace startup which is incubated & funded by a leading global FMCG. This entity already has a global presence and is going to scale up its operations tremendously across SEA. The company is already present in Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Turkey in addition to India . This is a B2B small retailer focused multi brand platform which is servicing the unique needs of small retailers.

Following are the JD's pointers for different leadership roles in Product Fulfilment.

1. Define the "The Company" strategy and product roadmap to deliver the fulfilment solutions including fine-tuning it basis on-ground learnings across markets.

2. Managing the planning, development, roll-out and adoption of the products across markets will be the responsibility of this person.

3. Responsible for driving excellence in implementation of the demand fulfilment products, including processes by instilling governance mechanisms, metrics, and external benchmarking to ensure we consistently raise the bar.

4. Proactively build and develop synergistic relationships with Global company cross-functional leaders, Market Leaders, Field Sales leaders, Supply chain, Finance, and operations leaders in markets

5. Develop strong external partnerships and managing relationships with the fulfilment and fulfilment technology partners, startup ecosystem and technology players to develop capabilities of driving best in class fulfilment solutions for small retailers at affordable costs for the platform

- Need More than 15 years of experience across CPG, digital and e-commerce, with apreferred split of 50% in managing CPG supply chain with direct exposure togeneral trade distribution with another 50% in digital and e-commerce teams.
