The position will need to focus on:
- Leading, directing and overseeing all
- Transforming and restructuring processes
Improvement & innovation to derive optimized processes resulting in customer delight
- Close alignment on process improvement by bringing in technology
- Drive clear analytics to ensure effective management decisions
The ideal candidate will also be characterized by the following attributes:
- Overall 15+ years of experience with emphasis on operations management, business transformation activities in a highly customer centric organization across different industries preferably in the Insurance/ Financial Services sector
- Proven track record of leading the development and implementation of world-class standards in operational performance, with best practice change management experience
- Significant breadth of knowledge of standards and models for operational excellence and relevant process and change methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN etc).
- Relevant professional qualifications or accreditation in relevant methods, for example the Six Sigma Master Black Belt programme, together with relevant practical usage.
