Online Campaign Management - Leadership roles  Our Client is the captive unit of one of the worlds largest Digital Marketing firms   - Manage client deliverables relative to multi-channel marketing engagements.   - Responsible for managing large team of Client account managers and system analysts. Accountable for delivery across multiple client accounts.   - This individual has the responsibility for implementing strategic management decisions within their groups, Include associate growth, ensure standards and practices are followed and providing leadership ensuring the ongoing success of the group.  Key Accountabilities :  - Drive strategy & planning to build and manage project Business System Analysts competency as part of the delivery group  - Liaise with US teams on project coordination, new client on-boarding, transitions etc  - Manage departmental structure - workforce planning, career development, training, planning and budgeting. Performs hiring, firing, objective setting, performance appraisals, coaching, and pay reviews.  - Manage team of 3-4 directs (managers/sr. managers) and 30-40 Business System Analysts  - Actively assess and manage the delivery resources within book of business  - Provide oversight and monitor overall account health for book of business from a delivery and quality standpoint .  - Provide leadership, training and mentoring to team  - Mentor and coach managers to efficiently manage teams and delivery of projects  - Ensure high client satisfaction with change management planning, communication, execution, and service.  - Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks.  - Employ consulting and systems development methodologies to guide daily activities.  - Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives.  - Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects,programs and people.  - Interactions frequently involve skills such as negotiating or influencing matters of significance to the organization.  - Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of projects and looking for areas of improvement, implementing, and governing these standards.  - Ability to understand the work/tasks and ensure the right resources are assigned to the job and assist in growing the team's skill set.  - Overall ownership of the work being produced by the team  Education & Qualification :  - Master's Degree in Business/ Marketing disciplines or Equivalent  - Managed BSA groups for 4-5 years with solid understanding of business dealt with  - 12+ years of experience preferably around database marketing technologies and data management, and technical understanding in these areas.  - Managed team sizes of 40+  Essential skills & experience :  - Extensive working knowledge of SDLC(Agile, waterfall models)  - Ability to solve problems on the fly and work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.  - Excellent written and spoken communication  - Managed delivery to global customers  - Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment on multiple priorities under pressure Able to interact with customers, coach analysts and developers, and influence peers and management  - Able to learn quickly and rapidly establish expertise with the company standard and client-specific solutions.  Desirable skills & experience :  - Knowledge of multi-channel marketing concepts and best practices.  - Experience in database marketing and/or data management solutions.  - Knowledge of database marketing automation technologies  - Experience with business intelligence technologies (e.g. Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Cognos).  - PMP or PMI certification  Personal attributes :  - Positive attitude  - Good listening skills  - Ability to think out of the box  - Good interpersonal skills  - Solution Oriented  - Leadership & coaching skills  - Good conflict management & negotiation skills
