Climate Risk and Stress testing:

1. Domain Experience:

a. Knowledge and Rich Experience in implementing Credit and Counterparty Credit risk management framework in Banks/Financial Institutions / Insurance Organization / Asset Management Firms i.e. Experience in implementing regulations such as Basel 2, 3, US Fed, EBA, PRA etc.

b. Creatively articulating credit risk value propositions and its offerings effectively to clients

c. Overall understanding of global BFSI marketplace, trends and developments, business, regulatory and technology issues & challenges.

d. Ideation and innovation skills across Credit and Counterparty Risk trends, Knowledge of global credit and counterparty risk guidelines across various jurisdictions

e. Good Knowledge of banking book asset classes/ Instruments.

2. Thought and Team Leadership: Conceptualizing solutions, articulating Points-of-View, White Papers, and other Marketing Collaterals on Credit and Counterparty Risk /Compliance

3. Collaboration: Effectively operating in a multi-stakeholder environment and be a good team player with collaborative attitude towards work.

4. Opportunity support: Designing business propositions and making pre-sales /proactive pitch to clients and supporting RFI/RFP's.
