Leadership Role - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities :

1. Independently identifies solutions to common and complex issues and drives complex projects or modules of large programs within the domains of manufacturing operations, supply chain management and logistics.

2. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transformation

3. Participate and or lead solution discussions and client meetings related to Manufacturing Operations Management, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0.

Technical Experience :

1. 20 years of business experience within Manufacturing Operations with at least 15 years of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, IT or relevant functional experience required.

2. Candidates with good understanding of supply chain ERP MES MOM planning Scheduling systems Smart Manufacturing Industry4.0 etc

3. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing operations or operations role in industry consulting related to the above domain.
