Leadership Role - Management Consulting - Oil & Gas - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

- Strong and proven leadership skills in developing a practice, preferably in the management consulting space

- Identify and quantify cutting edge industry specific digital opportunities for upstream clients.

- Well versed in commercial and regulatory aspects of petroleum development

- Strong consulting experience in oil & gas industry with expertise in operations, productivity, supply chain etc.

- Strong and proven experience in client engagement during the entire lifecycle of the engagement

- Strong industry knowledge preferred.

- Prefer candidates with global experience

- Prefer candidates looking at moving back to India.

- MBA from Tier 1 B School
