- Seven to ten years experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training or performance improvement programs.

- Have hands on experience into L&D and training and development

- Should have worked into designing training or performance support solutions

- Understand training needs and develop learning programs

- Evaluate effectiveness of Learning and Training programs

- Experience into Organizational Development consulting

- Advanced degree in psychology, training and development, or organizational development

- One to three years experience in training or organizational development consulting

- Familiarity with retail operations
