We are looking for a person in leadership role in Learning & Development with a Consumer Durable Giant based at Gurgaon Location.
Essential Responsibilities
- Training Need Analysis
- Understand business requirements and identify specific training needs through TNI inputs from the business managers, competencies and consulting relevant departments.
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- Identify and develop internal and external trainers/vendors for the identified training interventions.
Content Development
- Develop and update the content of internal programs considering the business needs.
- Finalize the content for Trainer Manuals, Participant workbooks, Learning Aids and Props.
- Training Delivery/Execution
- Run a pilot of the training as & when required.
- Delivery of internal training modules.
- Ensure the desirable ambience and set up of the training room with all the required training aids.
