ITM Network and Cloud Security

1. Good understanding and working knowledge on Network Security for on Prep and On cloud deployment. Solid exposure on Cloud Native controls on various IaaS platform. Exposure towards SND/NFV deployment. Exposure towards Threat and Vulnerability Management will be added advantage.

2. Expert in one or more of the following ITM tools/technologies

a. Threat Management using SIEM tools like Splunk, IBM QRadar, etc.

b. Knowledge on cloud security (AWS, Azure, etc.) and network security (including Cisco firewall, Palo Alto, etc.)

c. Hands on experience in a MSPP, Analytics, etc.

3. Specialist in Threat management domains and experience in running shared services

4. Manage and Mentor a sizeable team of 100+ members across the above skill distribution

5. Experience with direct contributions in delivering large size security projects (5M+ revenue) involving multiple ITM domain

6. Onsite/Offshore project delivery execution experience

7. Technical exposure to create, gauge effort estimates for ITM projects

8. Technical Program Governance - people management (skills), identification of new areas for enablement/ training

9. Client Management - for technology centric conversations around Quality of Delivery

10. Experience in coordinating and running Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly cadence with Internal stakeholders and Customers

11. Driving efficiency Process/Service improvements

12. Ability to identify new Business Opportunities

13. Vendor product certifications, Security centric certifications (such as CISM)

Bachelors or Masters in computer science or equivalent, Security Management Certifications like SANS Security Leadership Essentials for Managers, etc.
