The successful candidate will lead the International Benefits plan design team based in India and Philippines.This position will be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India.

Responsible for:

- Providing strategic insight to International Benefits and HR leadership on market trends, to develop International Benefits Strategy and 3 year road map.

- Ensuring understanding and awareness on the International Benefits Strategy for regional and corporate partners,

- Develop benefits strategy including 3 year roadmaps and business objectives

- Lead and consult on benefit plan design for key stakeholders including HR and business leaders

- Lead and implement key benefit initiates for

- Ensure benefit plan design can be effectively delivered through strong collaboration with the International Benefits Operations Team and provide in country oversight to the administration and delivery of benefit programs

- Responsible for ensuring benefit plans are compliant to statutory requirements including statutory benefits; Manage and mitigate Risk - ensure plan design and delivery effectively manage operational and statutory risks for the business

- Ensure benefit plans are market competitive and are focused on the overall value proposition for candidates and team members to drive attraction and retention.

Market Skills and Certifications

Requirements of the role:

- 15+ years of overall experience with minimum 6 years in Benefits

- Exposure to Asian markets - India and Philippines essential

- Experience in global organizations, either direct or through consulting experience is preferred

- Can demonstrate strong leadership skills in effectively managing, directing, engaging and coaching a team

- At least 8 years- experience in managing and leading a team

- Proven experience in establishing and deploying a benefit strategy

- Good understanding of the broader HR functions (Compensation, Business Partner, Recruitment, Policy)

- Demonstrated capability in developing and fostering collaborative, cross functional working relationships to ensure key goals and objectives are met, Strong and proven stakeholder engagement skills.

- Demonstrated strategic agility, with ability to implement tactics

- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills,

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong customer service delivery and responsiveness

- Proactive working style, an inclusive leader who encourages strong collaboration and team work across own and extended HR teams, able to build highly effective and deep professional relationships

- Ability to act as an agent for change and willing to challenge the status quo.
