The incumbent for the role of Innovation Catalyst is expected to combine the skill set of thinking as well as doing new things.

This person will be a part of the Retail Banking team and lead the Innovation Team - a small team with highly diversified professional background & experience. The team is responsible for launching new products, services & features for consumers with the key focus on digital innovation.

The team specializes in insight generation, translating the insight into product concept, taking the insight through the stage gate innovation model, working on feasibility, capability & launch of the ideas approved by Senior Management.

Key Result Areas :

- Leading a team of innovation managers and generating Insights & ideas through Primary & Secondary Research

- Front ending the Innovation funnel process and presenting to senior management, including CEO

- Network with cross functional industry partners to forge alliance for agile innovation & launches

- Work with Senior Management in project execution (ideas which have been approved for launch)

- Work with Marketing to develop the ""go to market"" plan"

Key Relationships : Consumer Insights, Marketing, Sales, BIU, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance

Competencies Required Good communication skills both written and oral, a pleasant personality. Ability to think laterally, from a consumer perspective. Interest in the technology & innovations, should be able to work amicably with cross functional team. The incumbent is required to be a self-starter, energetic, result-oriented and team player.

Academic Qualifications : Required MBA for Tier 1 institute

Nature of Relevant Work Experience : Required Experience in similar role in Banking/telecom/FMCG industry

No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience : 4-6 years
