- Our client is a Consulting firm, with headquarters in UK . The India offices have 500 plus employees with an average age between 25 to 29. Most of them are professionally educated.

- We are working for this role with an international recruiting partner. Only they can share the client details

- We are looking for HR professionals who have demonstrated their prowess, especially with growing & scaling up fast paced organisations .


- Duties for the HR Head will include handle the TA requirements the client needs for the expansion based on the skill sets required for the organisation, supervising HR personnel, enhancing job satisfaction, supporting employee development, handle employee grievances, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.

- Preference is for someone with an MBA from a Tier 1 university and currently Heading HR of an IT or Consultancy organisation.

- Should have been in this leadership role for the last 3 to 5 years and have maximum of 15-18 years of total work experience

- Exposure in dealing with International partners is an advantage

- Salary as per international standards.

- Developing and implementing human resources policies.

- Supporting strategic objectives.

- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.

- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.

- Motivating and supporting current staff.

- Maintaining staff records.

- Handling employee benefits.

- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.

- Designing and directing training programs.

HR Director Requirements:

- Management degree from Tier 1 university

- Excellent communication skills.

- Highly organized.

- Superior interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Budget management experience.

- Strong people skills.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Computer literacy.
