Leadership Role - Healthcare Institutions & Nursing Home Strategic Projects (Leading MNC Pharma Co)

Role:

- Prospecting - Identify, qualify, quantify & prioritise key opportunities for growth for the business in Hospitals and Nursing homes

- To conceptualise, create and implement strategic medical education programs for Institution / HCPs and execute other strategic market expansion projects

- Responsible for detailed business case and implementation as a strategic project

- Develop and own strategic partnership with vendors, medical device organisations, medical institutions and other stakeholder to accomplish medical education programs / relevant strategic projects

- Establish and maintain strong relationships/ partnerships with key healthcare institution bodies in India i.e. Nursing home associations, NHM and other relevant HCP bodies

- End- to end program management

- End-to-end ownership on identification, onboarding and post-program follow-up of the applicable/relevant healthcare institutions

- Own the end-to-end execution of the approved medical education plan by working very closely in the project structure with medical, marketing and sales team across regions

- Responsible for program implementation against the KPIs, milestones, Budgets and governance-

- Identify and map the relevant stakeholders important for achieving the Company's India objectives

- Identifying the operational challenges and suggesting valuable analytical approaches

- Develop and execute the MIS for decision making

Requirements:

- MS/ MBA with 7-12 yrs of experience in the Healthcare & Pharma industry

- Should have worked on increasing penetration in Nursing Homes and other Healthcare Institutions

- Business process improvement (re-engineering)

- Forecasting and planning

- Experience in designing and implementing new strategic business opportunities

- Conceptual thinking skills

- Team Player and Team Builder

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, MS power point
