The position is with Analytics - consulting firm and this is a leadership role for Customer Analytics with Good marketing domain knowledge, particularly in the retail/CRM domain.
Experience: 15 yrs (8 - 10 years of CRM related analytics experience (Direct Marketing would be ideal).
Marketing Analytics experience in either Retail, Hospitality, Banking, Telecom or Insurance industry

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery for entire Customer Analytics practice.
- Work closely with offshore team lead and help them improve their delivery. Find opportunities to improve delivery efficiency
- Work with onsite counterparts to understand the needs of client and then present a viable solution.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Managed large delivery teams. Capable in resource management.
- Prior experience of managing dynamic delivery environment, optimal resource usage and rotate resources for efficiency.
- Managed account P&L and experienced in responding to proposals.
- Able to form relationships, build trust and work collaboratively on small and large teams across functions and in a professional and respectful manner.
- Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work
- Good marketing domain knowledge, particularly in the retail/CRM domain.
- Comfortable with SAS/SQL. Prior experience on working with large databases. Active role may not involve hands on use but prior experience will help in effort estimation.
- Should be good at analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.
