Leadership Role - Global Resource Management/Human Resource - IT Firm

Our client is a global leader in Multiple domains (MNC), with offices across the globe

Position : Global Practice Resource Manager / AVP (Leadership role)

Location : Bangalore (Manyata,Kundanahalli ), Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Reporting to : Head of GRMG (Human resource)

Responsibility :

- 13+ years of experience required.

- To provide view of existing skill distribution across the organization

- To provide visibility of current demands, future demands (up to 6 months)

- To provide transparency of supply chain to the stake holders (PM's / DM- s) for open demands;

- To ensure bench consists of skills that are relevant for current and future business needs;

- Planning for fresher intake / lateral hiring mechanism

- To proactively work with Global Practice Heads to understand business needs, opportunities in pipeline, build healthy pipeline of resourcing needs;

- To mentor Resource Managers in various GBU's / GDC

- Utilization targets, pyramid alignment

- Proactive planning for training needs, certification process to up skill resources

Skills :

- Capability to interact with multi-cultural global teams

- Good understanding of IT service operating business model / resource management function

- BI/Analytics - xls / reporting tools

- Proficient in MS office tools

- Analysis of data presented, decision making capabilities

- Ability to liaison with delivery teams, business units and various internal support units, such as recruitment, WFM, mobility etc.
