Leadership Opportunity _FP&A Transformation(AI/ML/ NLP) - Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Reporting (Management & Advanced Analytics) from a delivery standpoint. - Experience in Digital Transformation, Process re-designing, Digitalization of management, Visualization (Tableau, Power BI), Deep Learning, NLP, AI, ML. -Knowledge of Programming language- R, Python, SAS etc. Job location- Fungible - Must have functional knowledge of FP&A - Must have at least 3 full life cycle design-to-implementation experience in finance process transformation, shared services, operating model - Prior experience in enabling AI, Blockchain, Analytics, RPA technologies in Finance function is highly preferred - Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e. Feasibility, Design, Build, Deploy, Stabilization preferably involving implementation of enabling technologies, tools, and software applications - Should have successfully led and collaborated with cross functional teams - Strategic thinking and futuristic thinking around FP&A - how the world of FP&A is changing - Work closely with clients to understand their key concerns and shaping the Innovation roadmap Leading the Innovation agenda for clients - Deliver and execute on Innovation roadmap working with various capabilities - Lead various aspects of Innovation journey and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients - Strategic thinking and development of new solutions and products - Lead client visits across various Innovation centers - Lead project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external - Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices and maturity - Lead the team of experienced resources and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines - Conceptualization and implementation of AI analytics product and solutions to drive innovation in client processes - Role has an intersection of Transformation, Growth, Innovation in it.
