Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and support various monthly / quarterly reporting around Business Review packs, materials for Regulatory reporting etc

- Extraction and mining of data from the source MIS systems

- Ability to analyze the information to be able to present analysis to business

- Ability to understand the changing business needs, redesign MIS and analysis around the same

- Ability to handle a very dynamic work environment

- Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management

- Support quarterly business meetings and any analysis required by senior management

- Proactive involvement in the business and development of infrastructure required to support reporting and analysis

- Analyze, communicate and deliver on high quality MIS in stringent time-lines

- Liaison with the teams and other support groups

- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
 
Qualification : 

- Focus on service delivery / client satisfaction

- Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple clients

- Ability to interrogate and interpret financial reports

- Strong accounting knowledge

- Strong command of report writing

- Good Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an added advantage.

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of financial management, particularly in gathering/reporting on actual, forecasts and expenses preferred

- Having exposure to Tableau or VBA concepts or verticals would be and advantage

- Experience with bench-marking particularly activity based costing analyses preferred
