Leadership Role - Finance & Strategy

Job Accountabilities:

- Lead Strategic and Financial Plan charting business, setting targets and driving allocation of resources.

- Support strategic initiatives through analytics and business planning.

- The role needs a sharp analytical mind, collaborative attitude and ability to plan multiple scenarios, to

- adapt to the ever-changing market and the dynamic & prompt decision making it demands.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):

- Ability to appreciate business through a Finance Lens, make connections & understand cause-effects.

- Above average at analysing vast amount of multi-dimensional information, spot trends while being able to zoom down into details.

- Possess understanding of all financial statements, financial analysis, and valuation models.

- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

- General knowledge of accounting and market research.

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications):

- MBA (Finance) from top tier institute and CA or an Engineer.

- 4-7 years of experience.
