Experience : 8 - 12 years (Overall)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Should have experience in the area of Finance and Accounting in global context with solid knowledge and understanding of application of technology to various business processes

- Sound understanding of various rules & regulations impacting listed companies in India/ Outside India (SEBI, Stock exchange, RBI, SEC, SOX compliance etc.).

- Exposure to listing like drafting prospectus, conversion of financials, liaising with lawyers, bankers etc.

- Experience in IFRS, M&A

- Earlier experience in Accounts payable, Accounts receivables, GL, Taxation, Risk management, Treasury and cash management modules

- People Management

- Due Diligence experience

- Experience of fund raising activity

- Overall responsibility of various management reporting-s

Skills & Ability :

- Chartered Accountant with relevant years of work experience in Core Finance / M&A / IFRS vertical.

- Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide critical inputs to business teams.

- Ability to think independently, strategically and systemically

- Ability to work in an ambiguous, complex, challenging and fast-paced environment.

- Working within strict deadlines
