Leadership Role - Engineering

Responsibilities :

- Work with Business Development to provide Product Development input for proposal process

- Define, manage, and iterate on production processes. Be the owner of the Product Development pipeline

- Work closely with corporate development to develop overall launch plan for new products

- Driving a strong Innovation agenda through product development

- Direction and management of the product team

- Liaison between key internal business partners in order to create and execute product specific strategies

Required Skills:

- Deep Product development experience

- Sound working knowledge in product compliance & certification process

- Experience at director or equivalent level in managing large, complex engineering teams

- Should have demonstrated transformational results (Innovation, Productivity, Technology) through cross collaboration
