Leadership Role - Engagement & Delivery - BFSI Domain - IT

Position : Leadership Role-Engagement & Delivery-International BFSI Clients (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role :

- The incumbent will own Engagement and Delivery of core development, Professional services, managed services, Client support, PMO for all International applications and BFSI clients (mainly Banks) in the respective region.

- There are 2 roles, one for EMEA Clients and the other for ASPAC Clients

- Incumbent will be responsible for engagement with sales, marketing, senior management and other stakeholders to understand the problems and potential opportunities where the Company can help improving quality, productivity and profitability and meet the time to market

- Incumbent will be accountable for Professional Services activities (business requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, maintenance) for all international applications

- Responsible for integration of multi-location (geographically distributed) and multi-role teams to ensure delivery of international platforms

- Responsible for project planning, execution, governance, PS team management oversight

Requirements :

- 18 + years of experience in IT with 10+ years of experience in the BFSI Domain, in delivering IT solutions in the global context in terms of engagement and delivery

- Extensive experience with core banking products

- Work experience of serving European Clients

- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills

- Responsible for P&L, Delivery, Quality

- Deep skills in project management, with a focus on flawless execution, high quality delivery, and pragmatic solutions

- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience coupled with high degree of comfort with ambiguity
