Leadership Role - DWBI COE/Data Architect - IT Firm

Position: Leadership Position-DWBI COE/ Data Architect (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- This role will be responsible for helping in running and growing DWBI COE of the Company

- Will be responsible for enhancement of current services and solution portfolio, sourcing, deployment, evolution and on-going operations of advanced, cutting edge and leading DWBI and Data migration solutions

- Will manage a team of DWBI Architects, data architects, solution designers and client engagement / program managers

- To be able to act as senior solution architect for handling complex data management, data migration and data warehousing scenarios

- To be able to Strategize and Govern large programs with multi party involvement and highly dynamic environment

- To work with sales teams and partner in solution and sales cycle

- To lead large team size of 50+ of various levels

Requirements:

- BE/ MCA. MBA preferred

- 15-22 yrs of overall experience and 10+ yrs of supervisory experience is required

- Should have sufficient experience in architecture, solution design, technology evaluation, etc

- Should have demonstrated experience in managing Data Management, Datawarehouse function / sub-function P&L in the past

- Experience in designing Datawarehouse and Data Migration programs

- Strong exposure to the Banking domain, especially Consumer and Commercial Banking domains

- Should be a hands on professional experienced and passionate in data migration, data warehousing and Business Intelligence

- Broad experience with multiple technologies in the area of ETL, business intelligence, reporting and descriptive analytics is required

- Demonstrated experience of scoping and managing large, complex engagements and delivering solutions within schedule and budget, which are first time right.

- Experience managing and working with multi-regional and multi-functional teams in a matrixed environment is required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge and experience in running divisions/CoE, capability creation, training, content creation, managing knowledge artifacts and white papers on banking and related fields will be an added advantage
