Leadership opportunity for Digital Transformation - Financial Services

Work Experience :

- 8-12 years' experience in the Payments domain in a practice development/consulting/solution design/ implementation role in Digital organizations/practices.

- Experience in front-line business consulting, presales support, crafting solutions, responding to RFXs and delivering presentations to management teams as part of service provider organization

Responsibilities :

As a consultant in the DTS - Financial Services & Insurance team, you will :

1. Be part of Financial Services Advisory practice within DTS - Solution Design, Offering Development and Project Delivery.

2. Be responsible for business development efforts - response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and presales support

3. Be responsible for offering development in-house and in alliance with external ecosystem

4. Develop thought leadership Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design

5. Identify whitespaces and conceptualize solution areas through use case articulation, user story creation and wireframing

6. Strong understanding of innovation initiatives in the industry from operations standpoint

Key Skills :

- Expertise in Payments back-office operations:

- Exception processing of domestic & cross border payments investigations and payment repairs - detailed

- Knowledge of end-to-end process flows, investigation case types & repair error codes

- Understanding of Payment engine & workflows

- Understanding of Payment Channels and Messages - Swift/Fedwire/Chaps etc.

- Understanding of ISO 20022 and its impact on future of payments

- Expertise in design and/or implementation of digital solutions shaping payments industry - (NLP, AI/ML/RPA, Analytics, Conversational Bots, Process Improvements)

- Experience in US and UK payment markets

- Exposure to other LOBs within Retail Banking would be an added advantage - including Cards/Mortgages/Transaction Accounts/Lending/ Deposits/Default Management etc.

- Experience in front-line business consulting, presales support, crafting solutions, responding to RFXs and delivering presentations to management teams as part of service provider organizations

- Experience in digital strategy engagements for FS clients using key emerging technologies likes Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Social & Mobility.

- Ability to operate in a complex environment and aligning diverse internal/external teams to achieve program outcomes
