Director - Digital Measurement & Analytics
This person will be responsible for measuring and optimizing the performance of paid and owned media channels and evaluating key metrics to demonstrate how media channels are driving customer and business value.
Someone with outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills with the ability to operate strategically and build effective stakeholder partnerships.
Skills :
- 12+ years of experience, of which 5+ years of relevant into Digital measurement and Analytics experience preferably focused on paid & owned media
- Specific experience with digital AdTech ecosystem, digital analytics, including hands-on experience with tools such as Google Adwords, Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, (or other tools like them)
- Proficiency in working with customer data at large scale
- Deep knowledge of DMP functionality and capabilities (Adobe Audience Manager preferred), latest industry trends & cases surrounding the use of the DMP
- Good knowledge of the ad buying marketplace including DSPs, bidders, and programmatic platforms
- Strong understanding of best practices in testing, targeting, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of BI/reporting tools, programmatic/media analytics methods, web analytics tools and CRM solutions
- Proficient with some programming / database querying tools (R, Python, SQL, etc.)
- Good team handling experience is a must
