The opportunity is with One of Our Leading Client in Internet /Online Space.
- Head the performance marketing function with reporting into one of the founders
- Lead digital marketing to implement paid marketing strategies and tactics to support growth and acquisition of new customers
- Set immediate and long-term goals for internal teams. Lead the Marketing team and elevate its level to a skillful, efficient industry-leading unit.
- Work on building the go-to-market strategy for new channels, verticals, geographies and work closely with leadership to help scale business
- Drive marketing on various performance marketing channels and be adept at Media buying, social media marketing, Adwords, affiliate marketing, etc.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights o Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creative execution
- Budget and execute multi-channel acquisition strategy (digital/offline) in conjunction with the business team's requirements
- Brainstorm new ways of segmenting potential customers and means of communication, leading to quick-test pilots (what works/what doesn't) to increase relevant user-traffic
What you'll need:
- Experience in digital marketing, as well as designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Must have exceptional educational background, preferably from premium institutions
